Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:  Order number, Description, Photos

If approved, we may offer:  Replacement, Store credit, Refund (at our discretion)

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:  Opened or used items, Consumables, Sale items, Age-restricted products

Cancellations:  Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

Chargebacks:  Please contact us before filing disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.
